Replacing a small ceiling light with a ceiling fan that comes with a light, for more comfort as were getting in to summer. The fan model is hunter dempsey with 4 x 44” blades in white with reversible blades in white and blonde oak. I decoded to keep the blonde oak part of the blade dacing down to match the floors. The remote has three different fan speeds and a light switch. Perfect if you don’t have a dual switch with a 14/3 cable already goin to the electrical box.
