Property prices in Mumbai have historically been atleast double of other top Indian cities. For too long it has struggled due to that.

Living in small apartments of ugly buildings, young talent did not find the city as Value for Money. Industries and startups found it unviable to set up shop here. In the startup world, Bengaluru ranked 21st and Delhi NCR ranked 24th. Mumbai ranked a lowly 37th

That allowed the rise of cities like Gurgaon and Bangalore. Delhi NCR has 40% more top quality office space under construction than Mumbai.
Fate has given Mumbai another opportunity to reclaim its business greatness.

The gap between property prices has narrowed since COVID-19. Infrastructure development in Mumbai is today far ahead of other cities. Professional standards among the workforce in Mumbai is top-grade. Simply put – Mumbai is ripe to become a value for money destination again
