First you need to take the Covid Test that needs to be no later than 48 hours. I did the one in my county [ which is free ]

and it has to be approved which takes about a day typically.

Also install Arogya Sethu App in your phone the icon just needs to be there and not the usability.

And Lastly get them all printed :)
