The Keyword for this Workout is: AWESOME
A - 40 Jumping jacks
W - 45s Wall sit
E - 25 Jumping squats
S - 25 Glute bridges
O - 30s Mtn. climbers
M - 30s Wall sit
E - 25 Jumping squats

You only need to do 1x Round of this workout and the rest period between each exercise is 0-30 seconds.
Remember as each day of the challenge passes fatigue will start to set in and that is where the real test begins!!
