This TikTok viral Crack Chicken Casserole totally was amazing! I made it for dinner tonight and it was a HUGE hit with our big family! 🧀 Crack Chicken Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:

4 to 5 cups cooked and shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great!)
1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened
2 T ranch seasoning mix
1 1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus more for topping)
1 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1/2 cup green onions or chives (optional)
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 T smoked paprika
1/2 T garlic powder
1/2 T white pepper
1/2 T garlic salt
1 1/2 cups cooked green beans
1 1/2 cups cooked carrots
1/2 stick of melted butter
1 sleeve of Crushed Ritz crackers

🥘 Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

1. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, and mushroom soup then add ranch seasoning plus all the spices.
2. Add in the cooked chicken, bacon, veggies, and cheese. Mix well.
3. Spread mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
4. Combine cracker into baggie and crush then pour in melted butter then mix until crackers are coated. Sprinkle on top of mixture.
5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.

Let it sit for a few minutes before serving — then DIG IN!
