Sky News host Paul Murray says the media demanding footage from the Treasurer and Prime Minister shows how “cringey” they are.

“They sit there, and they flick around through the books … because they have to talk, if they just sat there and didn’t talk it would look weird, and if they just sat there and mouthed fake words it would be weird,” he said.

“So, they just say stuff on the assumption that no one would hear it.”
