Chocolate Mawa Modak is my favouriteee twist on traditional modaks. Every bite feels like a celebration and it comes together so well❤️✨

Here's how you can make the easiest chocolate mawa modaks at home this Ganesh Chaturthi ☺️

Ingredients :
Mawa - 200g
Chocolate - 1/4th Cup
Pinch of salt
Cardamom Pwd - 1/4th Tsp
Coffee Pwd - 1/4th Tsp
Sugar - 2 Tbsps
Cocoa Pwd - 1 Tbsp
Cream - 1 Tbsp
Whole Roasted Almonds - 15 nos

Process :
Start by melting the mawa on medium low heat - stir constantly
Add in the sugar, cocoa pwd, coffee pwd, chopped chocolate, a pinch of salt & stir it in
Once the sugar & chocolate have dissolved, add in the cream & give it good mix
Transfer the mix to a plate, flatten it out & allow it to cool down completely
Cover the mix with a plastic wrap, make sure it’s touching the surface of the dough & refrigerate it for 15-20 mins
To Shape the modak using a mould - grease the mould with some ghee, close the mould & fill its cavity with the chocolate mawa - press it gently until it’s fills the cavity completely
Insert a whole roasted almond in the centre of the mould & seal the bottom end
Open the mould carefully & place them on a plate
Serve, Garnish with some Gold Dust & Enjoy ✨🥰
