Gear:
Archmage's Robes: 15% reduction of Magicka cost for all spells, +50 Magicka, +100% Magicka Regen.
Boots: No enchantments
Saarthal Amulet: Spells cost 3% less to cast.
Vokun: 20% reduction for Alteration, Conjuration, and Illusion Magicka cost.
Enchanted Ring: Increase you health by 20 points.
A better amulet and ring can be purchased from Radiant Raiment in Solitude.
