Dealing with rejection in grad school IS ALWAYS HARD. As a UCLA grad student I have a ton of advice! And today, we are talking about being rejected, and How to Deal with Rejection!

Hi Friends! Today we are discussion a little taboo topic, and that is being rejected! I mean I never thought I would say this, but I have dealt with soooo much rejection in my life. In fact just in grad school alone I have been rejected more times than I can count. And yet, I still have to get up and keep trying to succeed, keep trying to better and eventually, not… get.. Rejected. While that is goal, you just can’t help when you are dealing with rejection and when you aren’t. So today, lets unpack how to deal with rejection!!
