You've seen and heard it a hundred times. My favorite flexibility lick.
I could have never invented it with out playing out of the Flexus: Trumpet Calesthenics for the Modern Improvisor by Laurie Frink, and John McNeil or the Modern Flexibilities for Brass by Scott Belck. Both of those books I highly recommend and should be staples on every trumpet players music stand.
