►Step-by-Step◄
-Start out with a rainbow base in complimentary colors like this:    • Holo Rainbow Skittles on Short Nails ...  
-Apply one coat of glitter to each matching base color nail
-Clean up around the edges as needed with a small brush dipped in acetone
-Finish with top coat!
