How to say No to your children

The way we say no to our children’s requests can make a huge difference. Children may not like our boundaries but when we take a gentler approach, they will usually accept them.

I am joined here again by the talented Charlie. We first demonstrate how not to say no, then shaw a kinder way of giving the same message.

The video is completely improvised- I asked Charlie to respond to my communication naturally, and so he did!
