Hobi has reached superstar status as a BTS member and a solo artist. But he remained humble despite his huge success.

Hobi's obliviousness is funny and endearing at the same time. However, his being clueless about his status in the industry is mind-boggling. Hobi even felt the need to note which group he was from because the crowd may not know him.

Hobi's humility and down-to-earth traits are very well captured when he's with staff members. You could clearly see how he never shows a feeling of superiority when he's around them. Clearly, Hobi doesn't use his celebrity status to his advantage. Unless he needed it to avoid an awkward situation in the military.

Yes, Hobi used his "celebrity" status to get over his embarrassing moment as quickly as possible. He looked very shy and uncomfortable recalling that incident, especially because he called himself a "celebrity."

It's very unusual for Mr. Humble Hobi to brand himself as a celebrity. I mean, this is the guy who had to introduce himself as a BTS member despite sold-out tours as a solo artist. But Mr. Humble shockingly used his BTS bragging rights years ago. In 2020, the Korean League of Legends team T1 was invited to play games with the boys for a Run BTS! episode. Being gamers themselves, BTS was heavily fanboying over T1 as they introduced themselves.

Since the team T1 was called “the world stars of League of Legends,” Hobi pointed out that they are “The BTS of the game world." Yes. Mr. Humble just called his group the “world stars.”
