Here is a quick video of the 2010 Ford F-150 drain tube location While driving the moisture is pushed back into the Ac system creating a bad odor The fix is a rubber elbow bought from Ford. First remove the wheel second remove 4 screws then remove 4 plastic pins then push these plastic pins that hold 4 wiring harnesses to the inner fender then remove the fender to access the drain tube location Hope this helps some people
