here is a very rich and special Recipe for you.. Kerala Special Paalappam with Chicken Stew. Just try and enjoy the taste..!!

Ingredients - Paalappam
White Raw Rice - 2 Cups (400gm)
Cooked Parboiled Rice - 1 Cup
Coconut Milk (2nd Extract) - 2 Cups
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 2 Tbsp.
Instant Yeast - 1/2 tsp (optional)
Coconut Oil - 1 tsp

Ingredients - Chicken Stew
Chicken - 1 Kg
Potato - 1 no
Carrot - 1 No
Vinegar - 1/2 tbsp.
Salt
Coconut Oil - 2 tbsp.
Cinnamon - 2" pc
Cloves - 6 nos
Cardamom - 10 Nos
Onion - 1 Big
Green Chilly - 5 Nos
Ginger - 1 1/2 tbsp. (chopped)
Garlic - 1 1/2 tbsp. (chopped)
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp full
Coconut Milk (2nd extract) - 2 Cups
Corn Flour - 2 tsp full
Crushed Pepper - 3/4 tbsp.
Curry leaves
Salt
