I am laughing because it started pouring ... the perfect white noise

I didn't know what I was writing until the end - like most things. I think this is about releasing shame for learned behaviors and trauma responses. I guess I'm reflecting on the ways these symptoms enter my life - fear, isolation, overthinking/planning, silencing, hiding...nightmares, etc....
