Regardless of how much it pains fans to hear, this is one of the most commonly-asked questions about The Witcher... in the English world, that is.

Witcher arrived in the Anglosphere as not as books, not as games, but as BOTH: as *transmedia*. But what is transmedia, and how has it defined how Witcher is understood in the English language today?

How did the Witcher games and books' joint arrival into English affect both their reception and perception? Why do so many not know that the Witcher is originally a BOOK series? and... Does Andrzej Sapkowski hate the Witcher games?!?!
