This video show endoscopy of both ear , nostrils & throat in young lady suffering from right ear pain & discharge .
She came with complain of right ear pain , discharge & frequent cold-cough.
On ear endoscopy , Right ear small perforations with congested eardrum seen .
On Nose endoscopy , Left DNS , Right side Sinusitis & Turbinates' hypertrophy with allergic changes seen . Post nasal Right nostril purulent discharge , ET blockage & adenoiditis noted .
Chronic Nose Allergy , Sinusitis , DNS, Turbinates' & Adenoid hypertrophy can cause ASOM & frequent throat infections .
Ear Nose & Throat are inter connected to each other . Disease from Nose can easily spread to ear & throat .
Patient is given treatment with antibiotics, antiallergy & anti-inflammatory medications . Regular Saline nasal wash & follow up advised .
