The historic Richelieu site of Paris's Bibliothèque Nationale de France (BnF) will reopen its doors on September 17 after 12 years of renovations. It will be "a completely new relationship with the public," says Laurence Engel, president of the BnF, adding that the library's main new features will be accessible to all.
