My 2019 walk on the Camino del Norte continues with a most beautiful but long (very long) coastal variant around Santander, and a day of poor direction (somehow I lost my way in one of the smallest villages of the Norte). Also: stinging nettles, a train ride, and and an afternoon by the sea.
