Not everybody is built a mage and those larval tears are considered limited resources (Max 15). Here's a guide regarding on how to cast that 37 INT incantation for our funny T-pose man, the ever brilliant Goldmask, without investing a single point in any stats. I respec and dumped all the stats into Vigor and Endurance just to prove my point since that 2 stat doesn't affect much for the sole purpose of casting this incantation.

Grafted Blade GreatSword - At the end of Castle Morne, reward for defeating the boss there.

Stargazer's heirloom - At the Divine Tower of Liurnia, Ranni's questline is required.

Intelligence-knot Crystal Tear - At the Site of Grace near Counselor Iji, instead of going towards the Manor, walk/parkour down the cliff at the East, hug the cliff and head North, you will see it eventually with some spider hands guarding it.

Godrick's Great Rune - Self-explanatory. Just remember to activate it at the Divine Tower to actually use it.

Twinsage Glintstone Crown - One of the special scarabs drop this when killed in the Raya Lucaria Academy. Rooftop parkour required.

Marika's Soreseal - Finding this isn't hard, just slowly drop down from the exit of the Prayer Room Site of Grace in the Haligtree place, reaching there is the problem. Is a great talisman but would not recommend getting this for the sole purpose of casting this incantation. Get the others listed on top.

Items Shopping List for those without gains (No STR/RL1)

Radagon's Soreseal - At the end of Fort Faroth, you can just run pass all the enemy and get this talisman.

Starscrouge Heirloom - At Fort Gael, located at near the borders between Limgrave and Caelid, under one of the canopy tents.

Strength-knot crystal tears - Northeast of Stormhill Shack, hug the cliffs but don't go down. Should be in a bowl.
