A 'Bang Bang' is a back to back (or sometimes 3!) meal of the same food, or same type of food, not for comparison but strictly for fun (and you might eat a LOT)...

Hilariously, both of my favourite restaurants have 'School' type themes - the first is 'Artist Laap,' and the second, the 'Som Tam University.'
