Hey guys it’s Simeon here and today I am going to do a pyramid workout structured like this at Clapp Park: 1 lap, 2 laps, 3 laps, 2 laps, 1 lap. Then at the end of the workout, I will do some hill sprints in preparation for the upcoming thankful 5K! I hope you enjoy another episode in the killer workout series!
