The cameraman was from Easton, Pa and one of the people along the path has "Bethlehem Motors" written on the back of his sweater (4:37). Could this be Freemansburg Hill climb from around 90 years ago? An old, faded and sometimes blurry home movie from around 1930 (check out the cars).
