Ingredients:
For kabab
½ kg Sweet potato boiled and mashed
10-13 mint leaves chopped
8-10 cashewnut chopped
1 tbsp grated paneer
½ tsp garam masala
½ tsp red chili powder
¾ tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
4 tbsp gram flour

FOR dahi pudina chutney:
1-1/2 cup curd
½ cup coriander leaves
½ cup mint leaves
1 green chili
1 small sized onion chopped
2 garlic flakes
1 tsp jeera
Salt to taste

Preparation:
1)For the dahi pudina chutney, mix all the dry ingredients and grind it.
2) Add curd to adjust the consistency.
3) Add 1 tsp jeera and mix well.
4)For the kakab, Roast the gram flour in a Kadai along with cashew nuts till the raw smell disappears.
5)Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
6) Shape the dough.
7)Shallow fry on a tawa with ghee.
8)Serve hot with the chutney.
