Guru Surajanada, a venerable saint who lived most of his physical life in Chennai till he attained Mahasamandhi on 15 Sept 1992. A Kundalini Yogi, and an upasakar of Hanuman, Narasimha and Kali, Guru Surajananda has devotees all over the world. He had a very keen interest in music and played Mridangam very proficiently. He composed in Tamil, Sanskrit and Kannada and his book Geetha Sangamam was released in 1986.
