Today I’m sharing my own special recipe — a super creamy and delicious Coconut Caramel Custard .

📝 INGREDIENTS (English)
Coconut Custard Layer:
1 fresh coconut (ground very well / finely blended)
Sugar to taste
½ liter full cream milk
2 teaspoons cornflour
Caramel Layer:
1 bowl sugar
2 cups full cream milk
OR 1 cup fresh cream
Few drops of vanilla essence
2 teaspoons cornflour
👩‍🍳 METHOD (English)
Step 1: Coconut Custard
Add finely ground fresh coconut, sugar, milk, and cornflour to a pan.
Cook on medium-low heat, stirring continuously.
Cook until the mixture becomes smooth and thick like custard.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Pour into disposable cups.
Refrigerate for 3 hours until fully set.
Step 2: Caramel Sauce
Add sugar to a pan and melt on low heat until golden caramel.
Slowly add milk or cream, stirring well.
Add vanilla essence and cook for 5 minutes.
Dissolve cornflour in a little milk, add it, and cook again for 5 minutes.
Let the caramel cool.
Step 3: Serving
At serving time, pour caramel sauce over the coconut custard.
Serve chilled and enjoy this creamy coconut delight 😍

اجزاء (اردو)
کوکونٹ کسٹرڈ:
1 تازہ ناریل (بہت اچھی طرح باریک پیسا ہوا)
حسبِ ذائقہ چینی
آدھا لیٹر فل کریم دودھ
2 چائے کے چمچ کارن فلور
کیریمل:
1 پیالی چینی
2 کپ فل کریم دودھ
یا 1 کپ فریش کریم
ونیلا ایسنس کے چند قطرے
3 چائے کے چمچ کارن فلور
👩‍🍳 طریقہ (اردو)
مرحلہ 1: کوکونٹ کسٹرڈ
پین میں باریک پسا ہوا ناریل، چینی، دودھ اور کارن فلور ڈالیں۔
درمیانی آنچ پر مسلسل چلاتے ہوئے پکائیں۔
جب آمیزہ بالکل ہموار اور گاڑھا ہو جائے تو چولہا بند کر دیں۔
تھوڑا ٹھنڈا ہونے دیں۔
کپ میں ڈال کر 3 گھنٹے فریج میں رکھیں۔
مرحلہ 2: کیریمل
پین میں چینی ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر پگھلائیں۔
دودھ یا کریم شامل کریں۔
ونیلا ایسنس ڈال کر 5 منٹ پکائیں۔
تھوڑے دودھ میں کارن فلور گھول کر شامل کریں اور دوبارہ 5 منٹ پکائیں۔
ٹھنڈا ہونے دیں۔
پیش کرنے کا طریقہ (very important )
پیش کرتے وقت کسٹرڈ پر کیریمل ڈالیں۔
