My life has been… a lot. In this video, I’m getting candid about a wild year of physical and professional challenges. From recovering from major knee surgery and being stung by a Portuguese man-of-war to navigating a new work-life balance as a full-time contractor, 2025 has been a journey.

I'm also talking about the pressure to be constantly visible online and why I’ve had to step back. Inspired by Michaela Coel's words, I’m sharing my thoughts on "disappearing" from the internet to find what comes to you in the silence.
