Ingredients
Carrot
Sugar
Cardamom
Ghee
Suji
Milk powder
Milk
Kesar
Condensed milk
Chopped dry fruits

Steps
Peel and chop carrots and grind into a paste with sugar, cardamom and milk
Heat ghee in a pan and saute the carrot paste
Add suji and saute well
Add milk powder and cook till mixture thickens
In another pan boil milk till it reduced to halt
Now add condensed milk, saffron, chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder
Mix it well and cool it down
Shape the carrot mixture into a small ball
Dip them into prepared milk
Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios.
