Horrible AC Startup Noise

Trying to figure out what's going on here. If the AC hasn't been ran in 24 hours, it makes this noise on startup. However, startups after the first one won't do this. I can leave the AC off for 12 hours and it's fine. 24 hours or greater is the magic number. I can actually hear the sound the loudest in the walls. Not sure if I should address this or just ignore it.
