I get the following error message/notification while try to access reliance MyJio app for checking the data/calls/sms/wifi usage limits in my new android:



We are unable to process your request at this moment,Please try again later.





This error solution is common for android,tablet,bluestacks and the android versions are kitkat,lollipop,marshmallow and naugat also and this error is mainly occurred in reliance jio sim card exactly in MyJio app.



Some error occurred devices are samsung,asus,black berry,vivo,oppo,asus zenfone,panasonic,one plus one,htc,htc one,micromax,lenovo,nexus,google pixel,yureka,redmi,gionee,genymotion,samsung galaxy and note devices,lyf, and sometime iphone also.



This solution is also common for tamil,telugu,malayalam,hindi also.

Solution:

1.Goto your android settings-apps-all.

2.Click this icon "..." and select "Reset app preferences".

3.Locate" MyJio" app and click to open it.

4.Untick "Restrict to launch" option and also click "Clear data" option.

5.Now again goto your myjio app, if this method is not works you can follow this way.



1.Goto your settings-date and time settings.

2.Turn off the both the settings..1.Automatic time zone and 2.Automatic date and time settings.

3.Then also date as previous years date.

4.Finally again try to access your my jio app the problem is solved.

5.This type of errors are mostly occurred dueto your high speed 1gb data is crossed the limit.

6.So you can try this my jio app after your data limits renew.
