LAPAROSCOPIC SURGERY IN CHILDREN

Laparoscopy is a minimally invasive technique to treat many urological diseases. It requires tachnological devices with finer instruments which can be used for children. Basically, three punctures with 5mm of incisions are made to insert the instruments and to perform the surgery. It can be used safely at all ages with equivalent success rates with open surgery.
