This battle was originally made by AAA for his "Alex and Joel vs THE GAME" mod. I just took the main gimmick of this battle (making enemy laughing) and just made some attacks for Shef.
Also, he have Dangerous Attack but I couldn't showcase it.
Oh... And Wily is here made by Yoshi The Pyrosaur and remade by me.
