ReNew Biomedical Training Academy | Apprenticeship Week!

Interested parties are invited to come learn about apprenticeship opportunities during National Apprenticeship Week, and this specific Apprenticeship Program with ReNew right here in Jackson, TN.



With a new training facility, the ReNew Biomedical Training Academy is aimed to train biomedical equipment technicians to handle the growing needs of the medical equipment industry, specifically focusing on defibrillators, EKGs, vital signs monitors, IV pumps, ESUs, AEDs, and ventilators. Biomedical technicians are in high demand across the country, and especially in West Tennessee.

The ReNew Biomedical Training Academy is primed to teach and certify biomeds to continue skilled labor in the biomedical field.

The ReNew Biomedical Training Academy is an official partner with AAMI and the Federal Department of Labor. AAMI supports HTMs and is the institute that sets the standard for credentials in the biomedical technician field. The Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development’s investment helped ReNew build a curriculum and a training facility equipped to educate and train new biomedical technicians on a variety of equipment.
