[LIVE] Shiny Lugia after 15,705 SRs in Silver Virtual Console

My very first Gen 2 game was Silver and as soon as I heard that the 3DS family was to be receiving Gen 2 Virtual Console releases, I knew I had to hunt this thing. I'm so, so glad this shined as it's not only one of my favourite legendaries but it's also the mascot of the game I played the most as a child. I will always hold a special place in my heart for Lugia, always.
