National Sports University (NSU) situated in Imphal, Manipur is the first, and as of now the only central university in India which focuses solely on sports education. The popular courses offered by National Sports University (NSU), Manipur include B.Sc. Sports Coaching, BPES, and M.Sc. Sports Coaching etc. The university is equipped with a modern sports library that includes sections of national and international sports journals, print books, and an E-library electronic database with various multimedia resources. The admission of the candidates in this university is purely based on the merit and the marks obtained in the admission test. This admission test encounters written spots proficiency and physical fitness tests.
NSU presently offers two types of programs for the students – UG Programmes and PG Programmes.
