Pudding Banana Bread

Today we are making a twist on the classic banana bread. We are adding a special ingredient that makes this banana bread over the top!

Ingredients:

4 ripe bananas, mashed

2 large eggs

1/3 cup milk

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/3 cup sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 box instant vanilla pudding mix

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
