XL4 Nitrox Regulator is a Nitrox clean version of the standard XL4 Regulator with an M26 thread on the 1st stage. If you dive with EANx mixes higher than 40% O2 then you need the Nitrox version that has special material O-Rings and greases that can cope with higher O2 percentages up to 100%.

Nitrox equipment will be supplied in Europe in accordance with the EN 144-3 and the EN13949 which states that equipment sold in CEE (European Community) countries over 21% and up to 100% will be manufactured with the special M26 fitting. These are specially cleaned and assembled in Apeks' purpose-built class J (10,000) clean room using oxygen safe components and lubricants.

To change it to a G5/8 thread you'll need an M26 Adaptor.
