Here we are presented with a much loved pet moray eel fish (George) present with sudden onset abnormal neurosigns, with the fish swimming in spirals, unaware of its surroundings and sustaining severe injury to his mouth. Doctor Loh, a fish veterinarian, takes us on the possible causes and his treatment protocol for this emergency.
