Continuing on with this mini series of 10 minute no repeat workout series with today focusing on a leg workout.

A leg day workout with again 10 exercises in just 10 minutes with no repeats

We will be hitting each exercise again for 40 secs of each and just 15 secs rest between each

You can make this workout as tough as you need it to be by simply upping the weights being used if you need to

But trust me this will burn with pretty much any weight and even with bodyweight would be a tough enough little workout
