Highest point on Gran Canaria Roque Nublo, Teror and Firgas as a one day mountain road trip

You love mountains and nature and visit Gran Canaria. You have to visit Roque Nublo, Teror and Firgas. From great hikes around Roque Nublo, to a Pilgrimage to Terror and finishing of at a famous but hidden cascade at Firgas. So join us on this beautiful one day mountain road trip around the island.

Roque Nublo is the third highest point on the island and can be reached by car from Las Palmas. It offers you a great hiking area with beautiful views around Gran Canaria. It is the centre of the island and Roque Nublo can't be missed.

Teror on the other hand is a pilgrimage place. We visited it during the celebrations of Virgin del Pino. This happens on the 8th of September but things are a bit different this year compared to previous years. Teror is a beautiful mountain village on Gran Canaria and had to be part of this amazing Gran Canaria one day road trip.

The last stop on our trip is the mountain village Firgas. Paseo de Gran Canaria is a hidden gem in Gran Canaria and can be visited in Firgas. A beautiful town to finish our one day mountain road trip.
