I had a bittersweet journey of self discovery in 2022 and it has been both commanding and exciting. So I decided to write a book. My life moto right now is commitment, consistency, discipline and a little bit of obsession!!!

I’m taking you on a journey through my experiences in voice notes.

I now have a burning passion to look out for the yesterday me…who used to be self critical, my biggest doubter, not believing I was good enough, believing I didn’t deserve anything good…I was enemy number 1 of ME!

I’ve transitioned my thinking and I feel GOOD!!! I’m putting the habits in place and consistently creating routines. I want YOU to understand that everything is a choice and you have the POWER to decide so you can get to that ideal life. There will also be moments touching on identity.
