After the LRT extension, Ara Damansara suddenly tranforms into one hotspot for investment. It used to be mainly landed homes for families that enjoy the privacy and serenity. Plus the extra access into the address just hyped up the address.

AraTre' Residences is connected to one of the older commercial area know as Dana 1, and this was perceived as one of the 'not so popular' area as it's off the main road. But I prefer this as it's connected to the hidden road connected to PJ, next to an office tower, walking distance to LRT, Evolve mall, as well as Citta Mall. I really enjoyed the common area treatments throughout the building. From the drop off to the lift lobby and facilities deck, the textures of the design treatments are amazing! Definitely way above the price range.

However, everything feels nice until I reach the bedroom where I thought the balance between open and private spaces within the unit was off. Then it also highlights the setback of the fork or claw like building form. At areas closer to the core, the distance between towers are really close causing over looking issue that compromise privacy.

Then I noticed the struggle of balancing between open space versus maintenance concerns. There are canvas space in abundance around the area, but they were just left empty without purpose. But they were furnished, it will lead to high maintenance burden.

Anyway, hopefully this new building will bring life to the area. And its very exciting to the see how the LRT station brings up an address!!
