Heyy yaooo. The re-mastered graphics are from a new engine because the original quake engine does not have dynamic lighting, sun, bloom, flares, and shadows. I do not own any of these mods or the engine. I used ioquake with 2nd renderer, 2 texture mods, and a whole bunch of console graphics tweaks which turned this into a very nice looking game. It looks much better in person than it does here (like all youtube videos). I made a 2nd part too so check that out (a little bit shorter than I expected but shows only original quake maps).
