The Rollin Heights Ballas are one of the four sets of Ballas in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. The Rollin' Heights Ballas are based in Jefferson, and also control eastern Willowfield and northern East Los Santos. Since the Ballas were probably formed in Glen Park or Jefferson, it is likely they were one of the original sets of Ballas. The RHB is the second-largest Ballas set, behind the Front Yard Ballas.

The Liberty City Salamanders are a female professional basketball team based in Liberty City. They sponsor the "Lethal Car Accident of the Day" on Weazel News. The Salamanders' slogan is "Begging you to actually come out and watch a game!" implying that the Salamanders entertain sparse crowds whenever they play, as is the common assumption with the real-world WNBA. Their real world equivalent is the New York Liberty. However, their logo and name seem inspired by the NBA's Toronto Raptors. It's possible that the team was retconned as a men's basketball team, being a stand-in for the Brooklyn Nets. The Salamanders may also be a reference to the New Jersey Swamp Dragons, which was a rebranding that the New Jersey Nets considered.
