Here's another excerpt from our recent clinic with Dan Weiss.

Left foot plays dotted eighths, right foot plays beats 1,3,5, and 7 of a bar of 9/8 on the bass drum. Swing is then improvised with the hands against the feet with a metric modulation thrown in for good measure.
