Описание к видео Blender and Unity tutorial GDC UWT practice project 1

This is the first video for the Game Developers Club at the University of Washington in Tacoma. You can watch the live streams every Wednesday, 12:30 PM (PST) at www.twitch.tv/swirllyman

I did a quick tutorial in Blender on some of the basics of modeling and animating. Then imported that file into Unity3D and created a very basic character controller for it in C#.

A lot of these techniques are quick implementations and I would not consider it "quality work" by any means, as it was done for teaching purposes. This was done in front of a live audience.

When we switch to building the character controller I forget to switch my streaming software, so they entire video after that is of MonoDevelop. It might be hard for some of you to follow along after this point if you haven't worked in Unity before.
