Oh Holy Night - by Angie Delaire

Filmed on Dec. 22, 2024 during "Christmas Magic and Miracles," part of the Sunday Cabaret Series produced by Frankie Mamone & Marcia Harp at the Arthur Newman Theatre in Palm Desert, near Palm Springs, CA. The show featured several local artists, including Angie Delaire, an amazingly talented vocalist we like to call the "Songbird of the Desert."
"Oh Holy Night" is the English version of a French song based on a poem, "Minuit, Chrétiens" written by poet Placide Cappeau in 1843 and set to music by Adolphe Adam. The English version was written by John Sullivan Dwight with a slight modification of the original tune. It has been performed by many different artists and is a classic Christmas song in both French and English. No copyright infringement intended.
