Inflation's still north of 3% right now and there's a lot of issues around that. It's very hard for the Fed to lower rates much more, and there's a big debate going on about that. With this idea of a 50-year mortgage, if you're 40, which is the average age of buying a home now, you're gonna be friggin' dead before the mortgage is paid off. So you're never gonna own the house. I don't like this 50-year idea. You're gonna pay so much interest to save 200 bucks a month. It's not a great idea.

There is no country on earth with an economy like America. Why? Capitalism. Everybody's tried different ideas. They don't work. Why is it the number one economy after over 200 years? Capitalism. So let's just put that aside. Capitalism works. Now, if I were a woman today after reading that stuff, I'd be really pissed off. I hire based on merit. So if you look at my companies that I've invested in, I have every gender, every race. I got people from other planets working there. I don't care as long as you can do the job, I'll hire you.
