Management of Bilateral Ureteric Calculi in a 24-Year-Old male patient from Sudan

A 24-year-old male patient from Sudan presented to PACE Hospitals, Hyderabad with complaints of bilateral flank pain. On evaluation, CT scan showed VUJ 2 mm calculus and left upper ureteric 8 mm calculus. The above investigations revealed him with right distal and left upper ureteric calculus. Doctors performed Right URS, Left RIRS and bilateral DJ stenting procedures. The patient was discharged in hemodynamically stable condition, with advice to follow up on OP basis.
